A standard meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on this 18th of August, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the Association Hall. The meeting was good, with a number of residents in attendance. The meeting was presided over by President Smith.

Minutes for the previous were read and confirmed. There was then a talk about upcoming roof repair project affecting residents.

• Concerns were raised about the amount of disruption caused by the repairs.
• A motion was made and seconded|The board voted on starting the project, with an estimated completion date winter.
• Additional topics brought up included installing a new security system.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 PM. Next month's meeting will be held on the first Tuesday of November.
